Onion Powder

Onions, dried and ground. That’s the whole list.

Use it when you want onion flavour but not onion pieces: smooth chutneys, marinades, raita, a quick gravy, or a sprinkle over fries. It dissolves in, so the texture stays smooth.

Ingredients: 100% dehydrated onion (Allium cepa). No added salt, sugar, colour or preservatives.

How to use

• Stir 1 tsp into a blended chutney at the end for fresh onion flavour.
• Mix into marinades and dry rubs; it sticks better than chopped onion.
• About 1 tsp stands in for one small onion in most gravies.

Storage: Keep the pouch sealed tight and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use a dry spoon. Best before 12 months from packing.
