Garlic Powder

Garlic, dried and ground. No peeling sticky cloves, no garlicky fingers.

It cooks fast, so add it to warm ghee on low heat for a few seconds, or mix it into butter for garlic toast. It spreads evenly through rubs and dressings too.

Ingredients: 100% dehydrated garlic (Allium sativum). No added salt, sugar, colour or preservatives.

How to use

• Add 1 tsp to tadka on low heat for just a few seconds.
• Mix into soft butter for garlic toast.
• About ¼ tsp stands in for one clove.

Storage: Keep the pouch sealed tight and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use a dry spoon. Best before 12 months from packing.
